Accessibility Statement
This statement was last updated on June 14, 2026.
I, Filippa Rosenquist, am working to make this site, filipparosenquist.com, accessible to people with disabilities. Accessibility and inclusion matter to me personally, and I'm committed to improving this site over time.
What web accessibility is
An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved through the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and text-to-speech software.
Accessibility adjustments on this site
This site has been built in accordance with the WCAG 2.1 guidelines and adapted to meet level AA. Its content has been adapted to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard use. As part of this effort, I have:
- Set the language of the site
- Defined a clear, logical heading structure on every page
- Set a sensible reading and content order
- Written descriptive alternative text for images
- Made interactive elements usable with a keyboard, including the photo gallery and lightbox
- Added visible focus indicators and a "skip to content" link
- Ensured sufficient colour contrast for text
- Respected reduced-motion preferences
Declaration of partial compliance due to third-party content
Some elements of this site rely on third-party services whose accessibility I cannot fully guarantee, including the cookie-consent banner and the privacy and cookie policy documents provided by iubenda. I therefore declare partial compliance with the standard for these third-party components, as their accessibility is outside my direct control.
